Responsibilities:

• Emphasize the importance of road safety during the operation of tractor-trailers.
• Carry out extensive inspections of the vehicle before embarking on a journey and once the trip is completed to verify its safety and condition.
• Establish efficient logistical routes to enhance effectiveness and ensure deliveries are made on time.
• Observe protocols for the safe handling and packaging of goods to ensure their secure transportation.
• Ensure ongoing and transparent communication with dispatchers and recipients during deliveries.
• Record hours invested in work and routine maintenance for vehicles with accuracy.
• Comply with the safety protocols outlined by the Department of Transportation (DOT) to ensure the well-being of workers and the products being transported
• Rapidly inform authorities of any vehicle difficulties, incidents, or breaches to sustain compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

• Validity of a commercial driver’s license at the Class A grade.
• Maintaining an untainted driving background. Adhering to DOT physical examination and drug testing guidelines consistently.
• Efficient time management and skillful task coordination capabilities.
• Expertise in securely and efficiently transporting bulky and substantial items.
• Displaying exceptional customer service skills and a talent for creating long-term client bonds.
• Prioritizing safety and regulatory conformity in all operations, with an emphasis on promptly filing incident reports when necessary.

Experience Levels Accepted:

• CDL Trainees
• CDL School Participants
• Entry-Level Commercial Drivers
• A 12-week curriculum strategically designed to accelerate the learning journey, suitable for participants with diverse experience levels starting from three months and exceeding five years

Preferred Experience:

• Adeptness in managing different trailer kinds, such as dry van, reefer, flatbed, and tanker trailers.
• Proficient in managing simultaneous shipments, combining various modes of transport, and auto carriage.
• Expert knowledge in managing household goods and unique cargo.
