Key Responsibilities:

• Comply with safety protocols to prevent accidents and promote the safety of everyone involved in commercial vehicle operations.
• Uphold safety standards and enhance operational efficiency by completing pre-departure and post-arrival vehicle checks.
• Supervise and organize the planning of delivery schedules, optimizing routes to enhance transportation efficiency.
• Abide by the industry guidelines for the safe and lawful handling and transportation of goods.
• Cultivate and maintain consistent communication channels with dispatchers and clients to optimize operational processes.
• Accurately document both work hours and vehicle maintenance logs.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations and refrain from taking any shortcuts or making changes that could undermine safety integrity.
• Make sure to promptly inform the relevant authorities about any incidents that occur, such as accidents, mechanical problems, or legal infractions.
• Offer exceptional customer support by addressing client concerns with effectiveness and timeliness.

Qualifications:

• Possess an acceptable Class A Commercial Driver's License.
• Preserve a neat driving record.
• Ensure alignment with DOT health criteria and pass a drug examination.
• Follow the safety regulations and procedures established by the Department of Transportation.
• Demonstrate adeptness in time management and prioritizing tasks effectively.
• Adept at managing and moving weighty burdens.
• Exhibit exceptional customer service and communication competencies.
